Are you passionate about Accounting & Finance and enjoy teaching, mentoring, and shaping the next generation of finance professionals Edunet Foundation is looking for an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) – Accounting & Finance to support curriculum development, content creation, and training delivery for university students pursuing MBA, M.Com, and related programs.
About the Role
As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Accounting & Finance, you will deliver engaging training sessions and support curriculum development.
Responsibilities
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Accounting & Finance and deliver engaging training sessions to university students.
- Develop, review, and deliver content on Financial Accounting, Financial Management, Taxation, Costing, Budgeting, Financial Reporting, Business Analytics, and related finance subjects.
- Mentor students through assignments, projects, case studies, and practical business scenarios.
- Design assessments, quizzes, evaluation rubrics, and learning activities.
- Support curriculum development and ensure alignment with industry requirements and academic standards.
- Integrate real-world business applications, financial tools, ERP exposure, and analytical concepts into learning delivery.
- Collaborate with academic teams, trainers, and institutional stakeholders to enhance learner outcomes.
- Ensure academic accuracy, content quality, and continuous improvement of learning materials.
Qualifications
- CA / MBA (Finance) / M.Com / Finance Trainer / CA Coaching Professional or equivalent qualification in Accounting & Finance.
Required Skills
- 4–8 years of relevant experience in Accounting & Finance, Training, Academia, or Industry.
- Strong knowledge of Accounting Principles, Financial Management, Taxation, Costing, Financial Reporting, and Compliance Frameworks.
- Experience in teaching, curriculum development, finance training, or CA coaching will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to simplify complex finance concepts and deliver impactful learning experiences.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling MBA/M.Com level curriculum.
- Exposure to IFRS, IAS, Financial Modelling, or ERP systems such as SAP FICO.
- Hands-on experience with Advanced Excel, Power BI, Dashboards, and Business Analytics tools.
