Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Subject Matter Expert in Accounting where you will leverage your expertise in Finance-Record to Report (GL) to drive impactful financial processes. With a hybrid work model and day shifts you will contribute to optimizing our financial operations ensuring accuracy and compliance and enhancing the companys financial health.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of Record to Report processes to ensure seamless financial reporting and compliance.
  • Oversee the accuracy and integrity of general ledger accounts ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Provide expert guidance on accounting standards and practices to enhance the companys financial operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain financial reports that support business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes to meet financial deadlines.
  • Monitor and evaluate financial systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations.
  • Train and mentor junior staff to build a strong accounting team and foster professional growth.
  • Utilize domain expertise in Finance & Accounting to drive process improvements and innovation.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
  • Contribute to the companys financial health by optimizing accounting processes and ensuring robust financial controls.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong understanding of Finance-Record to Report (GL) processes and their impact on financial reporting.
  • Demonstrate expertise in accounting standards and practices to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Have experience in Finance & Accounting domain to drive process improvements and innovation.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical skills to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining financial reports that support business objectives.
  • Display strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Have a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends and best practices.

Certifications Required
