Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Record to Report processes to ensure seamless financial reporting and compliance.
- Oversee the accuracy and integrity of general ledger accounts ensuring all financial transactions are recorded correctly.
- Provide expert guidance on accounting standards and practices to enhance the companys financial operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial reports that support business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closing processes to meet financial deadlines.
- Monitor and evaluate financial systems to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with internal and external financial regulations.
- Train and mentor junior staff to build a strong accounting team and foster professional growth.
- Utilize domain expertise in Finance & Accounting to drive process improvements and innovation.

Certifications Required
