The Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned SmartRecruiters/SAP SuccessFactors RCM Implementation consultant working with enterprise customers in transforming their hiring operations.

Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of HCM technology and Process deliverables. This includes implementation, integration with other SF Modules and End-to- End testing of the configuration with the client during iterations.

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in SAP SF Recruiting & SmartRecruiters technology, superior consulting skills, and the ability to translate vision into operational excellence as well as assist clients in implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout,and post-implementation support of the Module

Your Key Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning their talent acquisition strategy with SmartRecruiters capabilities, industry best practices, and long-term business goals.

Provide thought leadership on modern recruiting practices, digital adoption, hiring team empowerment, and the Intelligent Enterprise.

Application specific solution consulting (for a specific application: creation of business blueprint, Implementation based on a blueprint, creation of test cases, test scheduling and execution, key user training, go live support, and post go live support)

At least two E2E SF RCM and RMK implementation and support experiences

SuccessFactors recruiting management, Job profile builder, Requisition through position management,

Should have knowledge on recruiting scenarios, integrations and client requirements etc

Integration with other modules. Ready to perform the client facing role.

Should have SF EC, Position Management, RMK and ONB modules integration knowledge would be an added advantage

Should have Good communication skills.

Skills and attributes for success

Work Experience in SAP SF : 4- 6 years & above

Certification is must in SAP SuccessFactors Recruitment Management, Recruitment Marketing and SmartRecruiters by SAP.

Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.Good Analysis and troubleshooting skills

Experience leading cross-functional implementation projects, preferably in a consulting environment.
