Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SmartRecruiters Developer to support the development, customization, and integration of the SmartRecruiters platform for enterprise recruiting operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with SmartRecruiters APIs, integrations, and customization, and the ability to collaborate with HR, recruiting, and technical teams to build scalable talent acquisition solutions.

This role requires working 2 days per week onsite at the client location in Bellandur, Bangalore, with the remainder of the work conducted remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain SmartRecruiters platform integrations and customizations
  

• Configure and enhance SmartRecruiters workflows and automation
  

• Develop integrations between SmartRecruiters and other HR or enterprise systems
  

• Work with REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms
  

• Collaborate with HR, recruiting operations, and technical teams
  

• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for the SmartRecruiters platform
  

• Ensure data flow accuracy between recruiting systems and other enterprise applications
  

• Maintain technical documentation and integration specifications
  

• Participate in testing, deployment, and system improvements
  

  
  
  

Requirements

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in development or integrations related to recruitment platforms

• Hands-on experience with SmartRecruiters platform configuration or development
  

• Experience working with SmartRecruiters APIs and integrations
  

• Strong knowledge of REST APIs and web services
  

• Experience with JavaScript or similar scripting languages
  

• Experience integrating ATS platforms with HRIS, job boards, or enterprise systems
  

• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  

  
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with HR technology platforms or ATS systems
  

• Experience integrating SmartRecruiters with HRIS systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
  

• Familiarity with middleware platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
  

• Experience with data integration and workflow automation
  

• Experience working in Agile development environments
  

  
  

Work Location Requirement

Candidates must be willing to work from the client location in Bellandur, Bangalore for at least 2 days per week.
