Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Intern to support client on-boarding, operational execution, partner enablement, and market research.

This role will work closely with the Tech, Valet Operations, and Business Development teams to ensure smooth implementation of Instapark's smart parking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:Client On-boarding & Operations Support
  • Assist in on-boarding parking owners, operators, corporate clients, and HORECA properties.
  • Conduct requirement gathering to understand client operational challenges and technology needs.
  • Support deployment of Instapark solution like PMS, IoT devices, access systems, and valet operations processes.
  • Coordinate on-ground execution with internal teams such as Tech, AMC, and Operations.

Partnerships & Relationship Management
  • Assist in building and maintaining relationships with channel partners, property managers, facility teams, and OEM partners.
  • Support partner documentation, training material preparation, and follow-ups.

Project Management & Execution
  • Track implementation progress, on-boarding milestones, and operational KPIs.
  • Maintain structured communication with clients for updates, escalations, and feedback.
  • Help prepare project reports, SOP documentation, and operational checklists.
Market Research & Growth Initiatives
  • Conduct research on potential partners (parking operators, tech vendors, OEMs, HORECA chains, and corporate campuses).
  • Identify new business opportunities and support lead qualification activities.
  • Assist in internal process improvements and operational optimization tasks.
Who We're Looking For
  • MBA students, final-year graduates, or freshers with interest in tech-driven operations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interest in IT, IoT, mobility, or smart infrastructure solutions.
  • High ownership mindset with a willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Comfortable with hybrid and on-field work as required (client sites, vendor visits, or operations audits).
