Fortue Technologies is a growing Smart Home Automation company specializing in smart lighting, home automation, security systems, sensors, smart curtains, and intelligent living solutions.
We are looking for a proactive and organized Smart Home Operations Executive to support customer projects, coordinate installations, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations across Kerala.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate customer inquiries and follow-ups
- Schedule and manage site visits and installations
- Conduct site visits when required
- Coordinate with technicians, suppliers, and customers
- Follow up on quotations, approvals, and project updates
- Maintain project records and operational reports
- Support payment follow-ups and customer communication
- Provide daily progress updates to management
Requirements
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English
- Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Email, Google Sheets)
- Ability to travel within Kerala when required
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Prior experience in operations, customer support, sales coordination, telecom, electrical, or project coordination is preferred
- Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply
