After-Sales & Operations Executive

Own the client relationship after handover - you're who they call
See the whole operation: clients, stock, projects, proposals
No technical background needed - we teach you the systems

About the role

We fit out homes across Singapore with smart lighting, switches, curtains, aircon control, locks and security. This role sits at the centre of the operation - you look after clients once their system is live, keep stock moving, and help keep projects on track.

Most of your day is client contact and coordination: taking enquiries, working out what's wrong, arranging the technician, chasing the supplier, keeping the records straight. You don't need a technical background - we'll teach you our systems and the faults that come up most often.

After-sales

Receive and triage client enquiries and reported faults
Diagnose remotely where you can - often by video call - and decide the response: walk the client through it, or book a technician
Coordinate warranty claims, replacements and repairs with our technicians and suppliers
Keep proper service and fault records for every client

Inventory

Monitor stock levels against the project pipeline
Raise purchase and replenishment requests before things run out
Receive and verify incoming goods against orders and delivery documents
Prepare and issue stock to each project
Run periodic stock counts and reconcile discrepancies

Projects and operations

Coordinate with our internal team and external partners on live projects
Prepare and revise proposals and project documentation
Follow up on project deliverables and keep things moving
Other operations and admin work as the business needs

What we're looking for

Clear written and spoken English - you'll be writing to clients every day and preparing proposals
Organised, and able to hold several threads at once without dropping one
Good with clients, including the unhappy ones
Comfortable in Excel
Willing to learn how the systems actually work - we teach the technical side

Useful but not required: experience in renovation, interior design, M&E, appliances or another service business procurement or stock experience any smart home familiarity.
