Designation: Senior Associate SmartComm Developer

What you'll do
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain SmartComm templates (policies, letters, statements, notices).
- Enhance existing templates to meet evolving business, branding, and regulatory needs.
- Configure SmartComm componentsdata models, rules, content libraries, workflows.
- Deliver outputs across print, PDF, email, Word, Excel, and digital channels.
- Collaborate with business, UX, architects, and integration teams.
- Handle testing, defect resolution, deployments, and post-production support.
- Deliver work that meets PwC's quality, documentation, and delivery standards.
Must-haves
- Smart Communications (SmartComm) strong hands-on experience.
- Salesforce (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud or integrations).
- XML, XSLT, JSON, data mapping.
- Delivered at least 2+ end-to-end SmartComm implementations.
- Strong analytical thinking and ownership mindset.
Nice to have
- Salesforce FSC Cloud.
- Insurance domain exposure.
- CRM or core policy system integrations.
- Agile / Scrum experience.
This is a Senior Associatelevel role for professionals who can work independently, manage priorities, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
