We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Growth Analyst
The Growth Analyst is a Mid-office & face of business for Sales & Marketing teams. And will act as the Trusted Advisor and Growth Catalysts to the frontline.
This role exists to help frontline improve their time in front of the clients and to make that time impactful. The role acts as a single point of contact for frontlines to leverage larger ecosystem
Responsibilities
.The role collaborates extensively with various departments of the organization thereby driving the overall sales efficiency to -
oPartnering with sales to drive Common Minimum Practices of Sales
oSales reporting
oMarket & account research
oEnable the Unit Growth teams (Advisory, Strategic deals, Growth leader) in improving Business and its health in the vertical
.Partnering with sales to drive Common Minimum Practices of Sales
oGTM Planning & Execution for target portfolios
oPipeline Management - Driving Pipeline Hygiene, Ensuring Deal Management, Tracking Pipeline health Metrics, conducting performance management and analytics to come up with relevant insights for Sales and business Leaders
.Target Planning in partnership with Finance
oDriving the annual activity in close alliance with finance for the frontlines Driving GTM Strategy & Execution in partnership with Sales
oAccount Prioritization & White Space Mapping
oAccount Plan/Strategy
oClient nurturing strategy with the help of Marketing, IS etc
oPOV Creation - Outreach Note Creation/customization
oGoverning, implementing the engagement calendar/30-60-90 plan (following up with Sales to get action implemented)
.Driving Analyst/Advisor RFI responses in collaboration with Analyst/Advisor team
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
oMBA or equivalent from premium institute
oShould have experience in Sales/Sales Operations/Sales Management processes/Pre-sales
oExposure working with IT domain/IT/BPO companies
oMust have excellent communication skills (both written & verbal)
oShown experience in Sales, Sales Strategy & Planning, Consulting, Advisory
oAbility to break down and solve problems through quantitative thinking and analysis
oComfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
oAbility to communicate effectively, both verbally and in written English
oMust be able to work independently and collaborate efficiently across functions
oAbility to work in a multicultural, multi geography environment
oExperience working with Senior Leaders & excellent stakeholder management skills
oExcellent MS office skills - Excel, PPT, Word
Preferred qualifications
oUnderstanding of sales tools like SFDC, Power BI or equivalent
oDomain Led expertise in any of the Industry Verticals around IT Sales
oAbility to drive business priorities pervasively in all sales teams and geographies
