Job Description

HR Strategy & Business Partnership

  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals
  • Act as a trusted advisor on talent management, performance, and employee relations
  • Drive people initiatives that support business performance and culture



Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Design and execute a robust employee engagement calendar for the region
  • Foster a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and high performance
  • Drive central HR initiatives such as PMS cycles, onboarding, training programs (POSH, Code of Conduct, HRIS), employee events, and offsites
  • Work closely with HODs to strengthen team connect, morale, and productivity



Talent Acquisition Support

  • Partner with the central TA team to support hiring needs for the region
  • Ensure hiring quality, stakeholder alignment, and timely closures
  • Contribute to building a diverse and high-performing workforce



Employee Relations

  • Manage employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns
  • Lead and support investigations and conflict resolution with fairness and objectivity
  • Ensure a compliant, ethical, and positive work environment



Change Management

  • Support organizational changes including restructuring and role realignment
  • Partner with leaders to manage transitions effectively and drive adoption



HR Analytics & Process Excellence

  • Track and analyze key HR metrics (attrition, engagement, performance cycles)
  • Leverage HRIS and analytics tools to drive data-backed decisions
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes and enhance HR effectiveness



Process & Technology Enablement

  • Improve HR processes through standardization and technology adoption
  • Streamline reporting, operational workflows, and employee lifecycle processes

The Successful Applicant

  • 7-10 years of experience in HR Business Partnering roles
  • Strong exposure to employee engagement, employee relations, and stakeholder management
  • Experience in structured, matrixed organizations / MNCs preferred
  • Data-driven mindset with strong process orientation
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
