Job Description

  • Act as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues.
  • Analyse HR data to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies.
  • Facilitate talent management, including succession planning and workforce planning.
  • Oversee performance management and drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle recruitment and onboarding processes to meet business needs.
  • Ensure adherence to local employment laws and organisational guidelines.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SM/AD - HRBP should have:

  • A strong educational background in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in HR functions within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior management teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret HR metrics and data.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
