Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle Sales & Business Development for General Business across Karnataka.
  • Ensure achievement of budget, new product launches, and team retention/development.
  • Manage a sales team of 75, including Zonal Business Managers (ZBMs), Regional Business Managers (RBMs), Area Business Managers (ABMs), and Medical Representatives (MRs).
  • Drive high PCPM and ensure target achievement.
  • Oversee scientific and medical promotions of General products.
  • Implement sales strategies effectively and manage appointed stockists and distributors.
  • Maintain administrative control and provide effective guidance to the field force to achieve targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • B.Sc in Science or Pharmacy Graduate.
  • 1820 years of experience in Pharma Sales, including 23 years as Zonal Sales Manager or Sales Manager (4th Line Manager) covering Karnataka.
  • Strong experience in managing a large sales team (ZBMs, RBMs, ABMs, MRs) in Acute/General segment.
  • Proven track record in scientific/medical promotions, product launches, and implementation of sales strategies.
  • Strong skills in administrative control and managing stockists/distributors.
