Slot Game PMO

Key Responsibilities:

Planning and Scheduling

• Create and maintain detailed project timelines for multiple slot game developments.
• Allocate resources effectively, set realistic deadlines, and manage expectations to ensure timely delivery without compromising quality.
• Track milestones and adjust plans proactively to address project risks.

Cross-Department Coordination

• Act as the primary liaison between design, development, art, QA, and product teams.
• Ensure seamless communication and alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Resolve conflicts or dependencies promptly to maintain smooth workflows.

Progress Reporting

• Monitor ongoing project status and ensure alignment with timelines and goals.
• Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on milestones, risks, and project health.
• Propose actionable solutions to delays or roadblocks to maintain momentum.

Quality Control Oversight

• Ensure each slot game meets high internal quality standards.
• Oversee testing procedures and integrate QA feedback into development.
• Validate that final products meet player expectations and regulatory requirements.

Resource Management

• Track workloads and ensure teams have the necessary capacity to meet deadlines.
• Balance priorities and adjust schedules, staffing, or resources as needed.

Stakeholder Communication

• Maintain clear and proactive communication with all stakeholders.
• Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, risks, and challenges, providing solutions where necessary.

Compliance and Documentation

• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation, including GDDs, progress reports, and compliance records.
• Ensure all games comply with internal standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.

Creative Collaboration

• Work closely with the Art Director to align project execution with the creative vision.
• Guide animations, UI, and VFX across products for consistency and quality.
• Collaborate with designers, concept artists, and technical artists to deliver high-quality assets.
• Maintain and document best animation practices throughout production.
