Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Anekal for a Sliding Head and Turnmill Operator. The operator will be responsible for setting up and managing Sliding Head and Turnmill machines to produce precision components. Daily tasks include machine maintenance, reading and interpreting technical drawings, programming machines as required, monitoring production quality, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. Collaboration with the production team to meet project deadlines will also be a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating and setting Sliding Head and Turnmill machines
- Strong understanding of technical drawings and specifications
- Knowledge of machine programming and CNC control systems
- Experience in precision manufacturing and quality assurance
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on machinery
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Relevant technical certifications or a diploma in a mechanical or related field
- Prior experience in the automotive manufacturing industry is an advantage
