Role Description

The Slack Migration Expert will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing Slack migration projects. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad. Daily tasks include collaborating with clients to assess their needs, configuring Slack environments, migrating data, and ensuring a seamless transition. The expert will also provide training and support to users, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Slack configurations for efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience with Slack migration, configuration, and administration
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud services
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role or with similar technologies is a plus
