Role & Responsibilities
- Write high-converting, on-brand product descriptions, hero banners, and landing pages that drive Add-to-Cart and repeat purchases.
- Develop email sequences, SMS campaigns, and cart abandonment flows that nurture trust and urgency—without sounding salesy.
- Translate complex skincare science (e.g., hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, ceramides) into relatable, sensory-rich storytelling for mass-market audiences.
- Collaborate with Design and Product teams to align copy with visual assets, ensuring seamless UX and persuasive flow across mobile and web.
- Optimize existing content using A/B test results and behavioral data to improve CTR, CVR, and AOV.
- Own the brand's voice guidelines—ensuring consistency across all owned channels: website, social, paid ads, and influencer collabs.

- Basic understanding of Google Tag Manager or hotjar for user intent analysis
