Role Overview:
As a Skin/Dermal Therapist at KOSA, you will play a key role in creating restorative and memorable wellness experiences for our guests. You will deliver professional spa therapies while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, service, and guest care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a variety of massage treatments including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, and other wellness therapies
- Welcome guests warmly, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate treatments
- Ensure treatment rooms are clean, prepared, and serene at all times
- Uphold hotel and spa standards for hygiene, safety, and service excellence
- Promote spa services, packages, and retail products in a guest-friendly manner
- Maintain accurate records of treatments, guest preferences, and feedback
- Protect guest privacy and maintain strict confidentiality
Who we are looking for:
Experience:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Spa, Wellness, or Hospitality
Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of anatomy and physiology
- Polished, professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to build lasting guest relationships
- Comfortable with upselling spa treatments and products
- Passion for wellness and guest satisfaction
Education & Certification:
- CIDESCO Certification or
- Graduate/Diploma in Massage Therapy, Spa Therapy, or a related field(Mandatory)
