Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Skin Counsellor to join our team at our Gurugram location. This is an on-site role requiring daily interactions with clients to understand and evaluate their unique skin and cosmetic concerns. Responsibilities include providing expert advice, recommending individualized treatment plans, educating clients on post-procedure care, maintaining accurate client records, and assisting in consultations. The Skin Counsellor will also build positive client relationships through excellent communication and empathetic service.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of skincare, cosmetic procedures, and dermatological treatments
• Proficiency in client consultation, assessment, and personalized treatment plan development
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathetic skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to manage client records, provide post-procedure guidance, and ensure a high standard of care
• Prior experience in a similar role or relevant field is an advantage
• Bachelor's Degree in Dermatology, Cosmetology, or a related field preferred
