Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and confident Skin Consultant to handle client consultations for skin, hair, and aesthetic treatments. The role involves understanding client concerns, recommending suitable treatments, and driving conversions while maintaining high standards of client care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed consultations for skin, hair, and aesthetic concerns
• Analyze client concerns and recommend customized treatment plans
• Explain procedures including facials, lasers, PRP, GFC, injectables, and body treatments
• Convert consultations into treatment/package sales
• Handle client queries, objections, and follow-ups effectively
• Maintain proper consultation records and treatment history
• Coordinate with doctors and therapists for smooth execution of treatments
• Ensure excellent client experience and relationship management

Required Skills:

• Conduct detailed skin consultations to assess client concerns and recommend personalized treatment plans.

• Perform Botox, Dermal Fillers, and Thread Lift procedures with precision and aesthetic excellence.

• Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and follow-ups.

• Educate clients about pre- and post-treatment care for optimal results.

• Collaborate with the medical and management team to ensure premium service standards.

• Stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine and dermatology.

• Requirements:

• Medical Qualification: MBBS / BDS / BHMS / MD

• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of clinical experience in aesthetics, including injectables (Botox, Fillers, Threads).

• Strong understanding of facial anatomy, symmetry, and aesthetics.

• Excellent communication and consultation skills with a client-focused approach.

• Professional, confident, and well-groomed demeanor.
