To deliver a personalized and seamless in-store experience by assisting customers with skincare and haircare solutions, driving conversions, and ensuring high customer satisfaction at the Clinikally Experience Center.

• Engage with walk-in customers to understand their skincare/haircare concerns and recommend suitable products/services
• Provide basic product education and guide customers on usage, routines, and benefits
• Assist in converting consultations into product/service sales
• Coordinate with in-house dermatologists/experts for customer consultations when required
• Ensure excellent customer experience and handle queries or concerns effectively
• Maintain store hygiene, visual merchandising, and product displays as per brand guidelines
• Manage billing support and ensure accurate order processing
• Track daily walk-ins, conversions, and sales performance
• Support inventory management including stock checks and coordination for replenishment
• Stay updated with product knowledge, new launches, and ongoing promotions
  

• 1–3 years of experience in beauty, skincare, or retail sales (clinic/derma background is a plus)
• Good understanding of skincare/haircare products and routines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-first mindset with a sales-oriented approach
• Presentable and well-groomed personality
• Basic knowledge of billing systems and CRM tools is preferred
