Role Overview

We are looking for a Clinic Manager & Aesthetic Counsellor with prior experience in dermatology , skin or aesthetic clinics ONLY.

This role combines patient counselling, treatment sales conversions, follow-ups, and clinic operations management.

You will work closely with dermatologists to guide patients through treatment plans while ensuring high conversion, retention, and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Patient counseling and conversions

• Counsel patients for laser treatments, anti-aging procedures, skin rejuvenation and dermatology treatments

• Explain treatment plans, expected results, pricing and timelines

• Convert consultations into paid treatment plans

• Address patient queries and handle objections professionally

• Drive monthly treatment revenue targets

Follow ups and patient retention

• Ensure strong consultation follow-ups and lead conversion

• Manage treatment package sales and repeat treatments

• Build long-term patient relationships and ensure high satisfaction

Clinic Operations

• Manage daily clinic operations and front desk workflow

• Coordinate with dermatologists and therapists for treatment scheduling

• Maintain patient records, treatment plans and follow-up schedules

• Ensure hygiene protocols and clinic standards are maintained

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years experience in a dermatology / aesthetic clinic
• Experience in patient counselling and treatment sales
• Proven track record in conversions and package sales
• Familiar with laser treatments, injectables, or skin procedures
• Comfortable handling patients, consultations, and follow-ups
• Profiles without dermatology / aesthetic clinic experience will not be considered.
