Role Description

We are seeking a Skills Trainer for a full-time hybrid role based in Madurai, with some opportunities for remote work. The Skills Trainer will be responsible for creating and delivering training sessions on life skills, soft skills, and professional development. Daily tasks include preparing training materials, conducting interactive workshops, evaluating participants progress, and tailoring programs to meet the diverse needs of learners.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Presentation Skills and effective Communication techniques
• Experience in delivering Training & Development programs
• Expertise in teaching Life Skills and Soft Skills
• Ability to engage effectively with a diverse audience
• Creative and adaptive in developing training content tailored to individual needs
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Communication, or a related field
• Prior experience in corporate training or educational institutions is an advantage
• Strong organizational and time management skills
