Summary:
The primary responsibility of this role is to transform fragmented skills data into a cohesive, governed, and reusable enterprise asset. By creating a single source of truth for worker skills, the role will unlock critical capabilities for the company, including enhanced internal mobility, strategic workforce planning, and future-readiness for AI-driven talent management. This directly supports HR, Technology, and AI strategies by providing the foundational data layer for advanced people analytics.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with project team and data governance in their data quality initiatives and skill-based projects.
- Support data collection activities from various systems.
- Establish mapping criteria between job family framework and skill sets.
- Deliver a trusted, centralized skills data product for high-value use cases.
- Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders for seamless delivery.
- Support data management activities, including data analysis, data quality, and data cleansing.
- Ensure appropriate documentation for process actions.
- Communicate work plan issues and escalate potential bottlenecks.
- Identify opportunities for standardization, automation, and re-engineering.
- Work with relevant teams to prioritize delivery and alignment based on stakeholder requirements.
- Keep abreast of market developments in project management and adoption.
Requirements:
- Bachelor&rsquos/Master's Degree in HR, Computer Applications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Finance, or its equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in HR/Banking domain with a focus on data management, project management, and processes.
Required Skills:
- Strong sense of personal ownership and responsibility in accomplishing organizational goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good understanding of regulatory compliance, security, risk, and controls.
