Sitecore Technical Lead – Job Description
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale digital solutions using Sitecore XM Cloud and Content Hub.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performing headless CMS solutions.
- Develop and maintain Sitecore XP, XM Cloud, SXA, JSS, and Sitecore Commerce implementations.
- Build modern web applications using Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, and ASP.NET MVC.
- Good knowledge in HTML, Tailwind, CSS, Bootstrap and UI/UX skills
- Design and implement API-first and microservices-based architectures.
- Integrate Sitecore with external systems such as Salesforce, DAM, PIM, CDP, and third-party platforms.
- Implement and optimize search experiences using Coveo and Solr.
- Drive Azure Cloud and Vercel adoption, deployments, and infrastructure best practices.
- Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews.
- Establish coding standards, security guidelines, and development best practices.
- Perform code reviews and mentor developers across the team.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure website performance, scalability, accessibility, and SEO compliance.
- Manage CI/CD pipelines, source control, and release processes using Git and Azure DevOps.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and provide technical leadership during critical incidents.
- Design database solutions and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures.
- Ensure adherence to SOLID principles, design patterns, and clean code practices.
- Drive modernization and migration initiatives from traditional Sitecore platforms to XM Cloud.
- Communicate effectively with business users, architects, product owners, and leadership teams.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations for platform evolution.
