We at Coforge are looking for a Sitecore Solutions Architect with the following skillset:
Key Responsibilities -
- Lead Sitecore architecture and solution design across enterprise-grade implementations.
- Own and contribute to pre-sales efforts including RFP/RFI responses, estimations, solution walkthroughs, and customer presentations.
- Act as the Sitecore SME across engagementsproviding guidance on templates, components, personalization, multi-site management, and deployment best practices.
- Build practice capabilities by creating training programs, enabling certifications, and mentoring technical teams.
- Engage with clients in discovery and consulting sessions to align technical solutions with business goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate with delivery, sales, and partner teams to scale Sitecore engagements and build internal assets and accelerators.
Required Skills -
- 14+ years of experience with .NET, including 5+ years with Sitecore (preferably 10.x).
- Expertise in Sitecore architecture, component design, SXA, personalization, and deployment pipelines.
- Proven experience in presales and proposal creationincluding effort estimation and solution articulation.
- Ability to coach and grow teams through structured enablement programs, hands-on mentoring, and certifications.
- Strong understanding of content lifecycle management, digital marketing modules, and integration patterns.
- Previous experience as a Sitecore Solution Architect for at least 2 large-scale implementations.
