We are seeking an experienced Sitecore Architect with 6+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale digital experience solutions using the Sitecore platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Sitecore XP/XM, Headless CMS, SXA, JSS, .NET technologies, and Azure cloud environments.

Roles & Responsibilities

Architecture & Solution Design

• Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance Sitecore solutions.
• Define enterprise architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Lead architecture discussions and provide technical guidance to development teams.
• Create technical architecture documents, solution blueprints, and integration designs.

Development & Implementation

• Develop and customize Sitecore components, templates, renderings, workflows, and pipelines.
• Implement Headless Sitecore solutions using JSS and React.
• Design and develop APIs and integrations with third-party applications.
• Ensure code quality through reviews and adherence to development standards.

Performance & Optimization

• Optimize Sitecore environments for performance, scalability, and availability.
• Configure and tune Solr search indexes.
• Monitor application health and troubleshoot production issues.
• Implement caching strategies and performance improvements.

Cloud & DevOps

• Design and manage Sitecore deployments on Azure.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Work with infrastructure teams on cloud architecture and environment setup.
• Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and security compliance.

Stakeholder & Team Management

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor developers and conduct technical training sessions.
• Participate in estimation, project planning, and resource allocation.
• Drive technical innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
