Job Description

  • Supervise and execute field construction activities related to linear infrastructure projects such as railways, metro rail, LRT, monorail, highways, and expressways
  • Ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with drawings, technical specifications, and approved safety and quality standards
  • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure timely project progress
  • Monitor daily site operations, maintain construction logs, and report progress and issues to senior engineers or project managers
  • Conduct quality checks and assist in resolving technical issues on-site
  • Interpret civil engineering drawings and assist in layout marking and construction supervision
  • Ensure compliance with project timelines, safety regulations, and material usage standards
  • Assist in site measurements, quantity estimation, and reporting
  • Support survey activities as needed; knowledge of survey engineering will be an added advantage
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for effective execution and site coordination
