Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily site operations for water supply and river embankment projects.
Monitor labor force and subcontractors to ensure work is carried out as per plan and safety standards.
Ensure strict adherence to quality standards and construction specifications.
Coordinate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers for smooth execution.
Maintain site documentation including daily progress reports, labor attendance, and material records.
Conduct safety briefings and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
Identify and resolve on-site issues related to manpower, material, or technical execution.
Ensure timely delivery of materials and usage as per requirement.
Communicate project updates and issues to higher management regularly.
Liaise with local authorities or stakeholders when required.

Qualifications And Skills

Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
23 years of on-site supervision experience in water supply and river embankment projects.
Knowledge of construction methods, equipment, and quality standards.
Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
Basic understanding of drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Proficiency in maintaining documentation and reporting.
Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance norms.
Willingness to travel or stay on-site in Morigaon or Dharamtul (Assam) as per project requirement.
