Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Kadavathur. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily construction site operations, ensuring work progress aligns with project plans, timelines, and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing construction activities, coordinating with contractors, ensuring safety standards, inspecting site work, and resolving any on-ground challenges. The role requires regular communication with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, reinforced concrete structures, finishing works, and site infrastructure.
- Proficiency in project management, site supervision, and quality control practices.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Familiarity with construction safety protocols and regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle site-based challenges effectively.
- Relevant experience in residential, commercial, or institutional construction projects is highly desirable.
- A diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
