Job Title :-Site Supervisor.
- Location: South Mumbai (On-site)
- Salary: 30,000 50,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience/interview)
- Experience: Minimum 5 Years
- Industry: Real Estate / Construction
Key Responsibilities.
- On-Site Oversight: Manage daily activities, ensuring all work aligns with the project scope under the supervision of Civil Engineers.
- Reporting: Maintain an accurate Site Log, record personnel attendance, and submit Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Logistics & Procurement: Coordinate material mobility and communicate with the procurement team to ensure timely supply.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with contractors and vendors regarding work schedules and quality standards.
- Safety & Quality: Conduct site inspections to eliminate hazards and ensure strict adherence to Quality Control processes.
Candidate Requirements.
- Background: Previous experience working directly with Contractors, Builders, or Developers.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word for reporting.
- Soft Skills: Strong coordination and communication skills; ability to monitor team behavior and site discipline.
- Availability:Immediate joiners preferred.
