This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor, based in Lucknow. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring that projects are executed according to approved plans and safety standards. Responsibilities include managing construction teams, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, maintaining schedules, and resolving on-site issues promptly. The Site Supervisor will also monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of tasks within budget and quality standards.

• Experience in construction site supervision, project coordination, and contractor management.
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements in the construction industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make real-time decisions effectively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with teams, contractors, and clients.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and related documentation.
• Ability to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred; relevant work experience can also be considered.
