Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and accountable Site Supervisor with strong hands-on expertise in interior fit-out execution. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing site activities, coordinating vendors and labour, and ensuring timely, high-quality project delivery.
Experience Required:
- 10–15 years in interior execution (residential / commercial / hospitality)
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- Carpentry & modular work
- Gypsum / POP ceilings
- Painting, polish & finishes
- Electrical & plumbing coordination
- Proven ability to manage multiple vendors and labour teams
Education (Flexible):
- Diploma / BE in Civil / Interior / Architecture preferred
- Practical site execution experience will be prioritized over formal degree
Key Responsibilities:
Daily Site Management
- Oversee daily site opening & closing
- Monitor labour attendance and productivity
- Track material receipt and consumption
- Ensure execution as per drawings and quality standards
- Maintain site safety and housekeeping
Weekly Planning & Coordination
- Prepare and track weekly work plan vs actual progress
- Coordinate with vendors and manage work sequencing
- Create and close snag lists in a timely manner
- Provide regular updates to project manager / office
Reporting & Communication
- Share daily site photo updates (WhatsApp / project app)
- Submit weekly progress reports
- Proactively flag material shortages in advance
