Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor located in Pimpri Chinchwad or pune. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at interior project sites, ensuring work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in alignment with design specifications. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating workers, monitoring project timelines, ensuring adherence to quality standards, conducting inspections, and reporting progress to relevant stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with designers, contractors, and vendors to address challenges and ensure project success.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and organizational skills for coordinating workflows, meeting deadlines, and managing resources effectively.
• Knowledge of construction and interior design principles, materials, and techniques, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Effective communication and leadership skills for leading teams, facilitating collaboration, and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site, ensure safety measures are implemented, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Proficiency in relevant tools, systems, and software applicable to construction and design project management is an asset.
• Prior experience in site supervision or project management within the interior design or construction industries is preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, or a related field is advantageous.
