Job Description - Site Supevisor
About the role:
Location: Coorg & Hyderabad
Full-time (no WFH), 6 days per week, day shift
CTC: 20-23k pm [fixed] based on experience and knowledge
Desired applicant profile:
Qualification: Diploma or Graduate (Civil) (full-time only)
Site supervisor internship or experience is necessary
Good oral and written English communication skills
Willingness and capacity to learn and grow in a young organization
Knowledge, Exposure to MS office & CAD will be helpful.
High energy levels and physical fitness to excel at both indoor and outdoor workplaces
Should be ready to commute or stay in the project location assigned by the company.
Responsibilities:
Preparing work schedules and allocating resources, as well as supervising construction
workers, technicians, and contractors.
To ensure the project is implemented as per the schedule and within budget.
Overseeing all project stages from preliminary level to final handing over.
Organizing construction materials in time.
Manpower reporting of all the contract labour at the project site to the Project Manager.
Ensures the Stores in Charge maintains the stock inventory
To forward the bills on the work completed as per the billing cycle.
Responsible for the general safety of the employees/workers at the project site
Reporting project progress updates to senior managers and Project Manager.
