SITE SUPERVISOR/PROJECT MANAGER

Key Requirements

Ability to handle both office coordination and on-site execution work

Experience in stone work, especially white stone execution and finishing

Strong vendor management and site coordination skills

Good reporting and documentation abilities

Good communication skills and a smart, presentable personality

Ability to manage labour, materials, timelines, and daily site activities efficiently

Basic knowledge of drawings, measurements, and site planning preferred

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (a degree or technical qualification in construction is a plus).

Proven experience in construction or a related field (minimum of 2-3 years).

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

Leadership and communication skills to manage workers and interact with clients, engineers, and contractors.

Ability to solve problems efficiently and effectively under pressure.
