Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Supervisor / Project In-Charge to oversee and manage Turnkey Interior Fit-Out Projects. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in interior contracting, strong execution capabilities, and the ability to manage site operations independently while ensuring timely completion with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Site Management & Execution:

Independently manage day-to-day site activities for turnkey interior projects.

Execute interior fit-out works as per drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.

Supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure quality workmanship.

Plan, organize, and allocate resources in advance to ensure smooth site operations.

Maintain site discipline and enforce safety rules to prevent accidents or injuries.

Maintain proper documentation of material receipts and daily site records.

Coordination & Communication

Coordinate effectively with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Provide regular updates on site progress and highlight any issues or delays.

Ensure adherence to project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

Technical Expertise:

Ability to read, interpret, and analyze architectural drawings, MEP drawings, and BOQs.

Sound knowledge of interior finishing materials, carpentry, civil work, and services.

Understanding of MEP works and their integration into interior projects.

Manage site measurements, billing, and verification of contractor claims.
