Profile Data Center Solution Pvt. Ltd., commonly known as Profile Solution, was established in 2008 to provide data center physical infrastructure and CFD simulations. The organization has offices in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, Noida, Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, and Singapore.

We have accomplished nearly 900 MW of CAC/HAC containment and over 4 GW of CFD analysis. We have the largest share in the Containment infrastructure market, encompassing almost 80% market share in India, with plans to develop in APAC and other regions.

We aim to provide cutting-edge production tools, technology, and equipment that meet or exceed world-class standards while adhering to our environmental philosophy. Our newest manufacturing plant is located in Wada, near Mumbai, India.

We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to supervise manpower and daily site activities while ensuring proper execution, productivity, quality, and safety compliance.

• Supervise workers and contractors at site.
• Allocate manpower according to work requirements.
• Monitor daily work progress.
• Ensure installation activities are completed as instructed.
• Coordinate with Site Engineers.
• Check material availability and usage.
• Ensure proper workmanship.
• Maintain attendance and manpower records.
• Report site issues and progress to the Site Engineer.
• Ensure workers follow safety procedures.

Educational Background

• ITI / Diploma in relevant technical discipline preferred.

Experience

• 3–6 years of site supervision experience.

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of construction / installation activities.
• Basic reporting and documentation skills.

Additional Skills

• Leadership and manpower management.
• Good communication.
• Discipline and responsibility.
• Ability to work at project sites.
