Job Description:

Pro Ultimate Gyms Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a results-driven Project Manager – Franchise Establishment to oversee the end-to-end setup of new franchise locations. This includes site assessments, coordination with franchise owners, supervision of construction and interior work, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects as per company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct site visits and coordinate with franchise owners to assess requirements.

* Plan and execute project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

* Supervise on-site activities including civil, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and tech installations.

* Ensure quality control, compliance, and safety across all tasks.

* Communicate progress regularly to stakeholders and resolve any issues promptly.

Key Metrics:

* On-time and within-budget project completion

* Quality of construction and setup

* Franchise owner satisfaction

* Effective coordination and issue resolution
