Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Site Supervisor role based in Gurugram. The Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations at assigned client or project sites, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company and client standards. Responsibilities include coordinating daily tasks, allocating manpower, monitoring attendance, and ensuring adherence to timelines, quality benchmarks, and safety protocols. The role also involves maintaining site documentation, preparing basic reports, and regularly updating management and clients on progress and issues. The Site Supervisor will address on-ground challenges, guide and support site staff, and collaborate with HR and operations teams to support workforce performance and compliance.
Qualifications
- Strong site supervision skills, including daily task planning, manpower allocation, and on-ground problem-solving.
- Knowledge of workplace safety practices, compliance requirements, and basic quality control procedures.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with workers, clients, and internal teams.
- Ability to prepare and maintain basic site reports, records, and documentation with attention to detail.
- Proven organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities at the site.
- Previous experience in a site supervisor, team lead, or similar on-site operations role (industry experience in facilities, construction, staffing, or related fields is an advantage).
- Comfort using mobile apps or basic computer tools for attendance, reporting, and communication.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; a vocational diploma or degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours as required by site operations and client needs.
