Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities on construction sites to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
• Manage and guide site workers, subcontractors, and labor teams.
• Maintain progress reports, site documentation, and daily logs.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients for smooth workflow.
• Inspect materials, equipment, and tools to ensure they meet project specifications.
• Identify potential risks and implement preventive measures on-site.
• Resolve on-site issues and conflicts promptly to minimize project delays.
• Ensure adherence to project schedules, deadlines, and quality standards.
• Support procurement and inventory management of construction materials.
