Site Supervisor

About the Role:

• Supervise and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and quality project completion
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and labor teams for daily work execution
• Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements
• Plan and allocate tasks to site workers based on project priorities and schedules
• Inspect materials, equipment, and workmanship to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Maintain site documentation including daily reports, attendance, material usage, and work progress logs
• Ensure site safety protocols are followed and report any incidents or hazards promptly
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material delivery and inventory management
• Support in resolving site-related issues and provide technical guidance to workers when needed
• Communicate regularly with management regarding project status, challenges, and resource needs

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• 8 to 12 years of experience in site supervision or construction project execution
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
• Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with safety and quality control procedures

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in managing residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic project management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
