Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Supervisor, located in Surat. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the worksite, including coordinating with team members, managing construction tasks, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities also include maintaining safety standards, inspecting work to ensure quality, providing progress reports, and liaising with clients and stakeholders as necessary. Problem-solving and ensuring an efficient workflow will also be key responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Project management and team coordination skills
- Experience in site supervision, construction management, and quality control
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with workers, clients, and vendors
- Basic knowledge of health and safety standards, and adherence to industry regulations
- Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is a plus
- Prior experience in a similar industry or role in Surat is preferred
- Proficiency in basic computer skills to manage reports and project documentation
