Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Site Operations & Coordination

• Supervise daily site activities and ensure work progresses as per the project plan.
• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors, laborers, and vendors on site.
• Manage materials and equipment to ensure availability and proper usage.

Quality & Safety Management

• Enforce adherence to safety protocols and site rules; conduct safety briefings.
• Inspect work quality to meet specifications and standards; report defects or deviations.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S practices on site.

Team Leadership

• Lead and motivate the site workforce, addressing issues promptly.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior supervisors and workers.
• Facilitate communication between site workers and project management.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain daily site logs, attendance records, and progress reports.
• Report site issues, delays, and risks to the Project Manager promptly.
• Assist in preparing site-related documentation for audits and inspections.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Certifications in safety (e.g., OSHA, NEBOSH) are advantageous

Experience:

• 38 years of experience in site supervision, preferably in construction or industrial projects
• Familiarity with site management, safety regulations, and quality standards
