Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor - Interiors based in Bengaluru. The role includes overseeing on-site operations, managing tradespeople like carpenters, electricians, painters, etc. ensuring project timeliness, inspecting material quality, coordinating with vendors and clients, and maintaining compliance with design specifications. The Site Supervisor will ensure all interiors projects are delivered to the highest quality standards while adhering to the agreed timelines and budgets. The candidate will be an integral part of the Project Management team and report directly to the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in site supervision, project coordination, and construction management
• Oversee day-to-day site operations to ensure smooth progress of work.
• Strong technical understanding of interior design projects, including modular furniture, false ceilings, and finishings
• Effective communication to manage clients, vendors, and tradespeople
• Proficiency in interpreting design plans and technical drawings, and ensuring the implementation aligns with specifications
• Problem-solving ability and the capability to work under tight project deadlines
• Knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and construction processes
• A degree or certification in interior design, construction management, or a related field is preferred
