Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Site Supervisor to oversee interior work at our bungalow project. The candidate should be capable of understanding interior design drawings and ensuring smooth execution of work at the site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site activities related to interior and finishing work
- Read and interpret architectural and interior design drawings accurately
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, contractors, and vendors
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and quality standards
- Monitor labour productivity and manage on-site workforce
- Track material usage and ensure timely availability of materials
- Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively
- Ensure adherence to timelines and project schedules
- Maintain site safety and basic compliance standards
- Provide regular updates and progress reports to stakeholders
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field
- 2–5 years of experience in site supervision (interior/residential projects preferred)
- Strong understanding of architectural and interior drawings
- Good coordination and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple vendors and workers on-site
- Basic knowledge of materials, finishes, and execution processes
