About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and disciplined Site Supervisor for interior execution projects. The ideal candidate should be highly attentive on-site, capable of coordinating day-to-day activities efficiently, and able to execute instructions from the Project Manager accurately and without deviation.
This role requires someone who is smart, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn fast in a high-quality execution environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Be physically present on-site and monitor all ongoing interior work activities.
- Ensure work is executed exactly as instructed by the Project Manager and design team.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, vendors, and other contractors.
- Maintain strict supervision over workmanship, timelines, and site discipline.
- Track daily progress and report updates to the Project Manager.
- Identify site issues early and immediately escalate them to the Project Manager.
- Ensure drawings, dimensions, and execution details are followed correctly.
- Monitor material deliveries, usage, and site stock.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization at the site.
- Take site measurements and maintain basic documentation/photos when required.
- Ensure labour teams follow quality standards and deadlines.
Candidate Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in interior site supervision or execution.
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- Basic understanding of interior execution and site coordination.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow systems/processes.
- Ability to take ownership of site activities and execute instructions properly.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Must be punctual, disciplined, and dependable.
- Ability to handle labour and vendors firmly and professionally.
- Two-wheeler preferred.
