Role Description The Site Supervisor (Interior Industry Only) will oversee day-to-day interior work activities at project sites in Jaipur, ensuring tasks are completed according to design specifications, quality standards, and timelines. This full-time, on-site role includes coordinating with contractors, vendors, and clients; monitoring material usage and inventory; and ensuring adherence to safety guidelines. The Site Supervisor will review drawings, guide site teams and workers, resolve on-site issues, and report progress to management regularly. The role also involves maintaining documentation, conducting site inspections, and supporting smooth execution of interior fit-out work from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Strong experience supervising interior projects, including fit-out, carpentry, electrical, and finishing work at sites.
• Ability to read and interpret interior drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Skills in site coordination, team leadership, and contractor/vendor management.
• Knowledge of quality standards, safety practices, and basic project documentation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for client and internal team interactions.
• Proven ability to manage time, handle multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Minimum of a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the interior industry in Jaipur or nearby regions is an advantage.
