About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out to oversee the execution of interior projects from commencement to handover. The ideal candidate should possess strong site management skills, sound knowledge of interior materials and finishes, and hands-on experience in procurement, vendor coordination, and project execution.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities are executed efficiently, within budget, on schedule, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Supervision
  • Supervise and manage day-to-day interior fit-out activities at project sites.
  • Ensure work execution is in line with approved drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain site productivity to meet committed timelines.
  • Coordinate and supervise carpentry, gypsum, painting, flooring, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, glazing, metal works, and other interior finishing activities.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with design intent.
  • Identify site challenges and proactively implement corrective actions.
Procurement & Material Management
  • Prepare material requirements based on project schedules and site progress.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams for timely sourcing and delivery of materials.
  • Possess strong knowledge of interior materials, hardware, finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and market suppliers.
  • Evaluate quotations and coordinate with vendors for competitive pricing and timely supply.
  • Verify material specifications and ensure compliance with project standards.
  • Monitor material consumption and minimize wastage at site.
  • Maintain material inventory records and stock reconciliation reports.
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and labor teams.
  • Ensure manpower availability and effective workforce deployment.
  • Track vendor performance and ensure timely completion of assigned scopes.
  • Resolve execution-related issues between multiple agencies working on site.
  • Assist in vendor negotiations and procurement planning.
Project Planning & Reporting
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Maintain site records, measurement sheets, material logs, and work completion reports.
  • Conduct quantity verification and measurement checks.
  • Coordinate with Project Managers regarding project status, delays, risks, and resource requirements.
  • Participate in project review meetings and provide execution updates.
Quality Control
  • Ensure all work complies with approved quality standards and project specifications.
  • Conduct quality checks at every stage of execution.
  • Verify mock-ups, samples, and finished work before approvals.
  • Maintain snag lists and ensure timely closure before project handover.
Health, Safety & Compliance
  • Enforce site safety procedures and company policies.
  • Ensure safe handling and storage of materials.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and toolbox talks.
  • Maintain compliance with local regulations and workplace safety standards.
Coordination with Design & Project Teams
  • Liaise with architects, interior designers, consultants, and project managers.
  • Review drawings and identify discrepancies before execution.
  • Provide site inputs to improve constructability and execution efficiency.
  • Coordinate design changes and ensure proper implementation at site.
Required Skills & CompetenciesTechnical Skills
  • Strong knowledge of interior fit-out execution processes.
  • Thorough understanding of materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, hardware, and joinery works.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, MEP, and shop drawings.
  • Knowledge of quantity estimation and BOQ verification.
  • Familiarity with project scheduling and resource planning.
Procurement & Commercial Skills
  • Strong vendor sourcing and procurement coordination experience.
  • Knowledge of local supplier networks and interior material markets.
  • Ability to compare quotations and assist in cost optimization.
  • Understanding of material lead times and procurement planning.
Software Knowledge

Qualification
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
Experience Requirements
  • 2–5 years of experience in Interior Fit-Out, Turnkey Interior Projects, Commercial Interiors, Retail, Hospitality, Residential Villas, or Corporate Office Interiors.
  • Proven experience in site supervision, procurement coordination, material management, and vendor handling.
  • Experience in high-end interior finishing and execution will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Strong understanding of interior execution from shell stage to final handover.
  • Good network of interior material suppliers and contractors.
  • Ability to independently manage site activities and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel across project locations when required.
  • Result-oriented professional with a focus on quality, timelines, and cost control.
