The Opportunity

You will be the person responsible for turning a design into reality — on time, on spec, and to a standard that the client remembers.

If you are someone who knows a well-executed site when you see one — and cannot tolerate a poorly finished one — you will fit right in here.

What You Will Do

—      Supervise day-to-day execution across multiple interior project sites in Ahmedabad & Gandhinagar

—      Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, and vendors to keep work on track

—      Read and implement drawings and BOQs accurately and independently

—      Monitor project timelines and flag delays before they become problems

—      Ensure quality of workmanship and finishing at every stage — not just at handover

—      Maintain daily progress reports, snag lists, and site documentation

What We Are Looking For

—      2 to 5 years of site supervision experience in interior design or construction

—      Ability to read interior drawings and understand specifications independently

—      Strong vendor management and problem-solving skills on site

—      Someone who takes ownership — does not wait to be told

—      Familiarity with materials — wood, laminates, tiles, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing

—      Comfortable with basic documentation and reporting
