This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Supervisor based in Chennai. The Site Supervisor will oversee daily operations at the project site to ensure tasks are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include supervising staff and contractors, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, maintaining project schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, and monitoring overall progress. The Site Supervisor will also play a role in quality control and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

• Strong leadership, team supervision, and interpersonal communication skills
• Knowledge of safety protocols, site management, and construction processes
• Proficiency in time management, scheduling, and efficiently handling multiple tasks
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in challenging onsite situations
• Experience reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings
• Competency in basic computer skills, including project management software
• Prior experience in site supervision or a similar role is required
• A degree or diploma in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field
